Day 1: Day 1, Sunday, June 7th Toronto-Niagara Falls Arrive at Toronto Pearson Airport, clear customs, load coach with luggage, proceed to hotel in Toronto.
Day 2: Day 2, Monday, June 8th Toronto-Niagara Falls-Toronto B, D Niagara Falls, one of the World’s Wonders. Time to explore the many tourist sights at the Niagara Falls including “Maid of the Mist”, a Journey behind the Falls, White Water Walk, “Fury” and all-day free transportation along the falls and gorge with your pass. We proceed along the Niagara Parkway, called the “prettiest Sunday drive” by Winston Churchill stopping at Niagara-on-the-Lake. Overnight downtown Toronto.
Day 3: Day 3, Tuesday, June 9th Toronto-Calgary Area B, D We observe Toronto, standing on a glass floor from the heights of the tallest structure in the world, the CN Tower. City tour of this most cosmopolitan city including time at Harbourfront Centre and Distillery District followed by free time to enjoy and explore downtown Toronto on at your own pace before transferring to airport to Calgary.
Day 4: Day 4, Wednesday, June 10th Calgary Area-Banff B, D Royal Tyrrell Museum of Palaeontology, seeing dozens of dinosaur skeletons and how the world was at the time of dinosaurs. Proceed to the magnificent badlands along Hoodoo Drive, rock formations that look like petrified mushrooms, following the Dinosaur Trail, to visit, time permitting, the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Dinosaur Provincial Park, followed by Blackfoot Crossing,recently opened featuring the native people of the plains. Overnight in Banff for two nights.
Day 5: Day 5, Thursday, June 11th, Banff B, D We take the Gondola ride up Sulphur Mountain for an aerial view from the various boardwalk platforms. Time to explore Lake Louise on your own or perhaps enjoy a hike. Walk Johnston Canyon to the Lower Falls and for the more adventurous, the Upper Falls. (2.7km). Time permitting we see Emerald Lake, Takkakaw Falls or Moraine Lake. Some free time in Banff later in the day.
Day 6: Day 6, Friday, June 12th, Banff-Central British Columbia B,L, D Crossing the Continental Divide (Atlantic and Pacific water flow); we follow the Trans-Canada Highway, through Rogers Pass taking time out to witness the engineering feat of spiral tunnels. We arrive early afternoon at our ranch stay including horse back riding and barbeque steak dinner.
Day 7: Day 7, Saturday, June 13th, Central British Columbia-Vancouver B, D This morning we have time at the ranch before departing for Vancouver hotel located on the Fraser River near to the rapid transit SkyTrain giving access to various parts of Vancouver including downtown.
Day 8: Day 8, Sunday, June 14th, Vancouver B, D City tour of beautiful Vancouver including Stanley Park, False Creek, Yaletown, Gastown, Granville Island and English Bay. Afternoon is free to explore your favorite section of the city. Tonight we enjoy dinner cruise on the Fraser River.
Day 9: Day 9, Monday, June 15th, Vancouver-Victoria B, D Early morning to Vancouver Island, on special ship for whale watching (Okra and Grey), navigating the Strait of Georgia, around the Gulf Islands. We arrive in Victoria, the capitol of British Columbia province for our two night stay downtown.
Day 10: Day 10, Tuesday, June 16th, Victoria B, L, D Visit Butchart Gardens, 130 acre floral extravaganza carved out of an old limestone quarry. Enjoy free time to wander the quaint downtown of Victoria with its inner harbour and famous British Columbia Museum or perhaps go whale watching. Enjoy the lights on the buildings in the evening. Farewell dinner
Day 11: Day 11, Wednesday, June 17th, Victoria-Vancouver B This morning we take our special boat back to the mainline, heading to Vancouver Sea Island Airport for our flight.
