Day 1: Day 1 Sunday, June 14, 2009 Montreal Area (D) Arrive Montreal Trudeau Airport 17:50 (5:50PM), depart for hotel 7PM, arrive 8PM

Day 2: Day 2 Monday, June 15, 2009 Montreal-Charlevoix (B, L, D) Travel along the St. Lawrence down river to Charlevoix, with charming villages and brooding mountains, as we follow the Flavour Trail to enjoy local cuisine. The region’s stunning mountain scenery was created by a 15-billion-tonne meteorite that struck this area 350 million years ago. UNESCO named the magnificent Charlevoix region a World Biosphere Reserve in 1989, one of the very few inhabited biosphere reserves.
Day 3: Day 3 Tuesday, June 16, 2009 Charlevoix-Saguenay (B, L, D) The warm waters of the 100 km Saguenay Fjord merge with the cold water of the St. Lawrence River; creating a krill-rich feeding ground that draws marine mammals and birds; it’s one of the best, easily accessible whale-watching areas in the world. Frequented by 13 different species of whales, from the chubby, perpetually-smiling all-white “threatened Beluga, who stays year round to the world’s largest mammal—the nearly 30-metre blue whale. We witness the whales with a three-hour cruise After whale watching we drive along the “Route du Fjord” that weaves through an imposing mountain panorama and leads to the very shores of the fjord.

Day 4: Day 4 Wednesday, June 17, 2009 Saguenay-Quebec City (B, L,D) The natural location of Centre for the Conservation of Boreal Biodiversity,on 375 hectares has no cages, no bars, is traversed by rivers, mountains and prairies with over 113 species living in their natural habitat that can be watched from your screened wagon or from an overpass. Caribou, moose, bison, musk ox, black bear, elk and white-tailed deer roam freely as you travel the seven-kilometer excursion. Tonight we sleep inside the walled city of Vieux-Quebec.
Day 5: Day 5 Thursday, June 18, 2009 Quebec City-Montreal (B, L, D) Tour of Old Quebec City, which is an UNESCO World Heritage Site celebrating is 401st anniversary. Time after to visit lower town, the Petit-Champlain with its boutiques, cafes, restaurants and numerous shops. We experience pioneer spirit of the Quebecois with lunch at Maple Sugar Shack. Take funicular ride up Montreal Tower for view of city before arriving Old Montreal late afternoon with time for a short tour.
Day 6: Day 6 Depart Montreal
