| Day 1: | Depart Pearson Toronto Airport on Alitalia 651 for Rome departing 5:10PM | |
| Day 2: | Arrive Rome 7:45AM and connect to Alitalia 1263 for Naples at 9:50AM, arriving 10:45AM. Clear customs, meet our tour escort, travel to Sorrento for light lunch and tasting at La Sorgente, an 800 year old working farm. After lunch check into Hotel Michelangelo for next four nights. | Day 3: | Full day excursion visiting excavation at Pompeii in the morning and in afternoon panoramic city tour of Naples including visit to a Cameo factory. | |
| Day 4: | Full day excursion along the Amalfi Coast, visiting Villa Cimbrone, returning to Sorrento in the afternoon for some leisure time; relax, shop. | |
| Day 5: | Take short ferry ride to Isle of Capri for sightseeing tour with some free time for shopping or individual exploration. Return to Sorrento late afternoon. | |
| Day 6: | Morning cooking class at Mami Camilla, www.mamicamilla.com Lunch is what you prepared at class. We return to Naples for brief period of free time before boarding overnight cruise to Sicily. Dinner on board ship. | |
| Day 7: | Disembark for sightseeing tour of Palermo, with afternoon visit to Convent of Monreale and entrance to Cappella Palatina. Check into Hotel Centrale for one night. | |
| Day 8: | Departing Palermo, we visit Erice and Marsala with wine tasting in Marsala en route to Agrigento for our one night stay at Hotel Jolly De La Valle. | | Breakfast | | Dinner | | Cocktails | |
| Day 9: | We visit the Valley of the Temples, than on to Piazza Armerina. Later we depart for Taormina for our four night stay at Hotel Vello d'Oro. | |
| Day 10: | Walking tour of Taormina including entrance to Greek Theatre. This afternoon cooking class in Taormina and what we prepared we have for dinner. | |
| Day 11: | Full day excursion to Etan and Catania. In the morning we visit St. Agatha's Cathedral and open air market in Catania. We enjoy wine tasting lunch in Etna en route to the mountain for an afternoon at the active volcano. | | Breakfast | | Lunch | | Dinner | | Cocktails | |
| Day 12: | Visit Messina and then off to San Stefano di Camastra to visit the basillica housing the "Black Madonna". In afternoon we stop at a ceramic factory before returning to hotel. Farewell dinner. | |
